This equipment is suitable for automatic welding of motor stator end plates and enameled wires.

The equipment's movements are driven by servo, ensuring accurate positioning, good welding consistency, and product movement in the XY+R plane. The welding head is driven by servo for Z-axis movement, and all actions can be programmed, saved, and switched for different products.

The equipment utilizes horizontal clamping for welding, with the positive pole driven by servo and the negative pole driven by a cylinder. Equipped with a pressure sensor, it can provide pressure anomaly alarms.

The welding power supply adopts a DC inverter power supply for stability and allows for setting different welding parameters for program use.
